Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026. These terms apply to the KiMi Music Discord bot and website.
Using KiMi Music
By adding KiMi Music to a server, authorizing it as an app, or using its commands, you agree to use it responsibly and to follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for actions taken by your account, your server staff, and any configuration changes made through KiMi in your server.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the law of your country, whichever is higher. If we learn KiMi is being used by someone below the required age, access may be restricted and related data may be removed.
Acceptable Use
Do not use KiMi Music for spam, raids, harassment, automated abuse, attempts to disrupt or overload the bot's infrastructure, or any activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service. Do not exploit bugs, bypass command limits, impersonate staff, or use KiMi to harm users, servers, or third-party services.
Premium & Payments
Premium plans unlock additional features as listed on the Premium page. Access is tied to the plan purchased and may be managed through the official support server. Prices and included features may change with notice; active subscriptions are honored for their current billing period.
Service Changes
KiMi Music may change, pause, remove, or update features at any time for safety, reliability, maintenance, licensing, or product-direction reasons. The bot is provided “as is”; uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.
Ownership
KiMi Music's code, branding, design, website, and feature concepts remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, self-host, or redistribute the service, assets, or source without permission.
Enforcement
Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if these terms are violated or activity creates risk for KiMi, Discord, or other users.
Limitation of Liability
KiMi Music is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the bot, including interruptions, data loss, or third-party platform changes.
